Welcome to the homepage of Chicago Joe’s Rock ‘n Blues Camp.  We are an organization that affords talented young musicians in middle and high school opportunities to perform on a regular basis with others who love the same music they do.

This website is dedicated to the summer camp sessions, which are fun-filled, intense week-long sessions that culminate in thrilling performances on Friday evenings.  Each of six bands play a set consisting of music they have chosen and rehearsed during the week. 

We also host weekly jams in Decatur, Georgia, and monthly student shows in Tucker, Georgia, all year long.  This helps keep our campers’ skill sets sharp and continuously developing.  For more details, go to www.chicagojoejones.com and look on the jam page.

Our campers play rock ‘n roll, blues, reggae, and jazz.  We take drummers, bassists, guitarists, keyboardists, saxophone, trombone and trumpet players, and singers.  Our faculty consists of professional performing and teaching musicians who have a great rapport with teens.  (They are fun!)

Players and singers from as far away as Canada and the Democratic Republic of Congo have come to Atlanta to spend a week learning new licks, getting singing tips, and developing their stage presence.
